1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by DJ Consultancy and Career Guidance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DJ Consultancy and Career Guidance provides education consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Engineering admission consultation and guidance
• College selection and recommendation
• Stream and branch counseling
• Application and documentation assistance
• Financial and scholarship advisory

3. No Guarantee of Admission

While we strive to provide the best possible guidance, DJ Consultancy and Career Guidance does not guarantee admission to any specific college or program. Admission decisions are ultimately made by the respective educational institutions based on their criteria and available seats.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about colleges, admission processes, and scholarships. However, we are not responsible for changes made by colleges or government bodies that may affect the accuracy of the information we provide.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete personal and academic information
• Meeting all deadlines for applications and document submissions
• Reviewing and verifying all information before final submissions
• Making timely fee payments as agreed
• Attending scheduled counseling sessions

6. Fees and Payment

Our initial counseling session is free of charge. Subsequent service fees will be clearly communicated before any paid engagement begins. All fees are transparent with no hidden charges. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Personal and academic details shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing admission guidance and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

DJ Consultancy and Career Guidance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, any fees for services already rendered will be non-refundable. Refund policies for prepaid services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
